Some Characteristics of Cab Furnace Machine

The following furnace configurations are available for big or small volume manufacturing runs of a range of parts:

  • For continuous operation systems, production lines integrating radiation furnaces, convection/radiation furnaces, and convection furnaces designs are employed.
  • In short-run manufacturing, only semi-continuous or indexing systems function well.
  • Optional vacuum purging lowers nitrogen use and enhances atmosphere integrity in universal batch (2 chamber) furnaces, which are excellent for brazing in both horizontal and vertical orientations.
  • For heat exchanger prototypes, R&D, and applications that demand the most economy, single chamber batch furnaces with vacuum purging are used.
